Delivery Information

1) Shipping Time does not include a 2-4 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.

2) You will be informed if an item in your order is not available for immediate shipment. Therefore, the order may be separated into different shipments (for no extra charge), and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day.

3) If you would like to cancel a backordered item in your order, simply send us your request  we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

4) Just a reminder that shipping times are estimated, and might take longer during peak season or due to an incorrect address.
